  • The Praetor Is Not Pleased

The Praetor was not pleased. After the embarrassment at the neutral zone, shockwaves rippled through the Star Empire. An enraged Preator recalled every ship for an all-out assault on the Federation, starting with the home planet of the Enterprise. Earth may never know why the fleet was called back to the Empire at the last moment. Threats from enemies made over centuries of conquest that saw Romulus completely unguarded? Whatever the reason was, the alarms went silent as sensors tracked their exit from Federation space.

  • Playing with Comets

I have this comet sample from Nick Stevens, decided to play with it a bit. I’m happy with the results, plopped a Starfury in there too.

  • A Compromise

While I may or may not have a problem with the Trump name being added, what irritated me was the Kennedy’s pretending their name was some holy grail not to be touched. When they had the opportunity to show their integrity the entire family failed to do so. They trivialized the life of Mary Jo Kopechne, trivialized the character flaw of the man who left her to die all so they could gain power.

  • Merry Christmas!

My little printed army was out spreading holiday cheer this year.

  • Moonshot

Playing around with some Nasa moon maps and I think the lander was from Shrox.

  • Discovery 1

I was cleaning up the model, set up the antennae so it would rotate and hit render.

  • Playing with shadows

Started playing with environments, shadow catchers, converting a couple old objects and integrating them into the scene. Came out okay for a quick go at it.

  • Asteroids!

I saw a tutorial on YouTube on making asteroids in Lightwave. Figured I’d give it a go and made a few. I think they are ready for a project, just need to come up with something.

Since I didn’t spring for the business level membership, I can’t install plug ins. So, no native 360 photo support. But links work so maybe more of these in the future.
